Residents get access to a much more extensive selection of professional beauty options. All services are performed conveniently in their homes, in the on-site community salon, in the garden, or wherever preferred.
It lets customers book a service in less than 30 seconds and provides flexible payment options, including billing the residents directly, billing a family member, or integrating the bill into the residents’ monthly statements.
The company also introduced the HereSpa Beauty Membership, which offers benefits including free classic manicure on signup, 10% off on all services, priority customer service, and booking cancellation fee waiver, all for only $9.99 monthly.
HereSpa said it assures consistent, high-quality services by requiring their licensed professionals to maintain high ratings.
The company said it performs a thorough vetting process and requires all its service professionals to have the necessary training and certification.
HereSpa said it holds each technician accountable to high-performance standards based on customer reviews.
