Pottsville, P.A. – July 7, 2021 – Advanced Consulting, Inc New Owner of The Historic Thompson Building in Downtown Pottsville, P.A. has a vision to bring Local, State, National & International audiences to the Pottsville region of Pennsylvania.
The Company is launching (The 1909) initiative, merging the past with the future. Under this Umbrella, you have (Thompson 1909) being the historic year the Thompson Building was established. Under this umbrella, you will have the (University 1909) designed to host special courses from celebrities, professors, top business executives and many others; offering lectures that will only be available at The Thompson Building, attracting audiences from around the Country.
The Mountain Tech Hub aka (Tech 1909) is an innovative business structure designed to give the marketplace more opportunities in the technology and small business development industries. The Mountain Tech Hub will look to open new businesses, designed as an incubator for startups, individuals and new ideas, a creative business environment to establish the next generation of greatness, pulling on the past, present and future.
As this is happening, we are tapping into the Arts, Entertainment & Music space with (Studio 1909) this will feature a state-of-the-art industry level Recording Studio, Painting Studio, Acting Studio & Talent Crafting Division, designed as a premier go to location on the east coast.
Store Level / Ground Floor: At this level we will launch (Store 1) A Mini Museum / Art Gallery & Souvenir Establishment (Store 2) Coffee 1909 & Tea 1909 (Store 3) Cafes 1909 (Store 4) Luxury 1909 (Store 5 & 6) will be left open to talk with established brands that share our vision. We have a 28 Year positive relationship working with Coca Cola and would look to get the company to become the official beverage of (The Thompson Building) along with other top brands we have a long-standing relationship with, as we pave a path forward into the future.
Chief Executive Officer Gem Lake says the history of The Thompson Building represents the best of architectural craftmanship, capturing an era of quality and design not often seen today.
He said his plans are to bring a vision that unleashes new life into The Thompson Building, to solidify its historic position from the past to the future, while being a destination for all. Renovations are being planned to keep the historic look of the building while upgrading key areas. We look forward to working with The City of Pottsville to positively impact the redevelopment of the downtown area.
